Pursuant to the Standesregeln für Versicherungsvermittlung, we are required as Versicherungsmakler to provide you with the following information before any insurance contract is concluded.

We provide personal consultation and recommendations regarding insurance products. Our advice is based on a balanced and personal analysis of a sufficient number of insurance products available on the market (ausgewogene und persönliche Untersuchung hinreichend vieler auf dem Markt angebotener Versicherungsprodukte).

We act as an independent Versicherungsmakler (insurance broker) and represent the interests of our clients (Sachwalter des Kunden). We are not tied to any single insurance company and do not represent the interests of any insurer.

Neither Wenexus Consulting GmbH nor its shareholders hold a direct or indirect interest of 10% or more in the voting rights or capital of any insurance company.

No insurance company or parent company of an insurer holds a direct or indirect interest of 10% or more in the voting rights or capital of Wenexus Consulting GmbH.

Our recommendations are based on a balanced and personal analysis (ausgewogene und persönliche Untersuchung, § 137 para. 1 GewO 1994). We analyse a sufficient number of insurance contracts available on the market in order to provide an expert recommendation as to which insurance contract best meets the client's needs.

For our intermediation activity we receive a commission (Courtage) which is included in the insurance premium and paid by the respective insurance company. Use of our services does not entail any additional cost for the client.

The Courtage is transferred to us by the insurance company from the insurance premium paid by the client. The exact amount of the commission depends on the insurance product and the insurance company.
