Qualified electronic signature in Vienna
Sign documents from your phone — across Europe it carries the same force as signing by hand. We are an official A-Trust registration authority in Vienna. Issued in a single visit, and the certificate itself is free.
- Valid in every EU country
- Qualified signature = handwritten signature
- Official A-Trust registration authority

Three things worth knowing about this signature
Works across Europe
This is not a local Austrian service. It rests on the EU eIDAS Regulation (No. 910/2014). Signed in Vienna — valid in Berlin, Warsaw and Rome. Every EU country is obliged to recognise such a signature.
Qualified, not just «electronic»
A scanned or photographed signature is not a signature in the legal sense. Under Article 25 of eIDAS, a qualified signature (QES) carries the same force as a handwritten one. It is the highest level of electronic signature in the EU.
Official A-Trust registration authority
We have completed A-Trust's training and certification and operate under a current Registration Authority agreement. A-Trust is the Austrian qualified trust service provider: it issues the certificate, while we carry out the official identification of the person.
What this means in plain words
It is your personal signature, living in your phone. You use it to sign contracts, applications and invoices — in seconds, without leaving your chair. The certificate is valid for 5 years and the number of signatures is unlimited. Issuance through our registration authority is free.
Honestly: what this signature can and cannot do

What about Ukraine
EU signatures are recognised in Ukraine as equivalent to a handwritten one — since 1 January 2023, and permanently since 3 October 2024 (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1131). Ukrainian banks accept them too. You can sign contracts, invoices and acceptance protocols with Ukrainian counterparties.
How it works
- You send a request — we agree on a time.
- You come in person with your ID document and phone.
- We check the document and carry out the identification — 10–15 minutes.
- A-Trust issues the certificate, and you can sign documents right away.
What to bring
- A valid document from the A-Trust list
- A smartphone
- Age 14 or over, in person

Cannot come in person? There is a paid remote identification online — €150 plus VAT. Just ask us.
Signatures for your team
We will issue qualified signatures for a group of employees at once, set up signing of client and staff contracts, and embed signing into your workflow or CRM. No company yet? We also handle GmbH formation and sole trader registration.
„I came with my international passport and everything was done in ten minutes. The same day I signed a contract with a client in Berlin.“
„We had signatures issued for three employees in one visit. Now we sign contracts straight from the phone.“
