Austria distributes billions of euros in business support every year.
Most first-time founders never see a cent.
Not because they don't qualify. But because they:
don't know a suitable program even exists — there are hundreds, and they change constantly;
apply after the project has started — and automatically lose the right to funding;
write the application in the wrong words — the committee expects a specific structure, figures, and wording in German.
The money goes not to the biggest — but to the best prepared.

What Austria funds —
in essence, without the bureaucracy
Exact program names, current conditions, amounts, and deadlines — we name them in your consultation. The landscape shifts every quarter: programs open, budgets run out, submission windows close. Knowing it in the moment is our job.
Grants aren't only for the “big ones”.
And not only for Austrian citizens.
“All I have is an idea”
startup programs, payments during the launch period, subsidized consulting even before registration.
“I work alone (EPU)”
digitalization, training, first employee, microloans.
“I run an operating business”
investment, growth, staff, entering new markets.
“I have a company with a team”
team training, product development, large investment programs.
Austrian citizenship is not required.
The key conditions of most programs are legal residence and running (or registering) a business in Austria. Which programs are open under your residence status — we check individually: it's the first question of our Förder-Check.
One partner — from idea to payout
Förder-Check — free
We analyze your business, goals, and status. We name program types, indicative amounts, and realistic chances. And we say honestly if there's nothing to claim right now — and what to change so there is.
Strategy & roadmap
We determine which program comes first, which follows, how not to lose eligibility through bad timing, and how to legally combine several types of support without prohibited double funding.
Documents & business plan
We prepare the business plan, financial plan, cost calculation, and project description — in the structure and wording the committee expects. In German.
Submission
We file the application and represent you in correspondence and follow-ups with the funding body. You run the business — we handle the bureaucracy.
Project support
After approval: interim reporting, supporting documents, monitoring state-aid limits, staying within program conditions.
Payout & final settlement
Proof of proper use of funds, final report, support during audits. The work is done when the money is in the account and the reporting is closed.
We speak your language.
And the language of Austrian bureaucracy.
Native language. Consultations in Ukrainian and Russian; documents for the authorities in flawless official German. Nothing gets lost in translation.
License. An official Austrian Unternehmensberatung (§136 GewO), office in Vienna's 1st district.
Understanding your situation. We work with Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking entrepreneurs every day: residence status, recognition of experience, a first business in a new country — our daily practice, not an exotic case.
Full cycle. We don't disappear after submission: we stay until the money arrives and the reporting is closed.
Honesty. We don't promise approval — nobody can guarantee it. We promise the right program, a strong application, and the right timing.
Pricing — individual. Transparency — always.
The fee depends on the grant volume and the complexity of the work: supporting a microloan and a six-figure funding application are different tasks. After the free Förder-Check you receive a concrete offer with fixed terms — before work begins, with no hidden charges. For some programs, a model is possible where part of the fee is tied to the result.
The most expensive mistake: starting the project before applying
Almost all programs fund only what hasn't started yet. Sign the contract, buy the equipment, kick off development — and the right to support for those costs is gone. There is no retroactive filing.
Second rule: the same costs — one program. Double funding is prohibited and checked.
Third: many programs have submission windows and limited budgets. Those who prepared in time — received.
The conclusion is simple: come before you start.

Frequently asked questions
No. For most programs the key conditions are legal residence in Austria and a business (or its registration) here. Which specific programs are available depends on your residence status — it's the first thing we check.
A grant (Zuschuss) is not repaid — provided you meet the program conditions and prove proper use of funds. Subsidized loans and state guarantees also exist — we always call them by their names, so you know exactly what you're taking on.
The opposite — it's the best moment. Some programs are open only before registration or in the first months after it, and startup consulting is itself subsidized. Later, some doors are already closed.
As a rule, no — it's the most common reason for rejection. The application almost always has to be filed before the project starts. If part of the project is still ahead, we'll see what can be funded for the remaining phases.
From a few weeks to a few months: it depends on the program, the completeness of documents, and the funding body's workload. In the Förder-Check we'll give a realistic timeline for your case.
The honest answer: nobody gives guarantees; the funding body decides. Our job is to push the odds to the maximum: the right program, an application built to the committee's criteria, and the right timing. If the chances are slim, we say so before work starts — not after.
Individually priced — depending on the grant volume and complexity. After the free Förder-Check you receive an offer with fixed terms before work begins. For some programs, part of the fee can be tied to the result.
With us — English, German, Ukrainian, or Russian. With the authorities — official German, and that is entirely our concern.
We analyze the reasons, improve where possible, resubmit, or move to an alternative program. One rejection doesn't close the other doors.
